Welcome to the website of the Office for Harmonization and Coordination of Payment Systems in Agriculture, Food and Rural Development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through our website, you can familiarize yourself with the complete work, activities and engagement of the Office.

We want you to find as much information as possible on our website, in a quick and easy way. We especially want to share the information with agricultural producers and all those who are in any way connected to this sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, we want to make the public as familiar as possible with the possibilities, rules and procedures related to the use of EU funds intended for agriculture and rural development (IPARD).

Here you can find other available information related to the sector of agriculture and rural development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The information primarily refers to the non-compliance of support measures in the agriculture and rural development sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina with CAP measures (Common Agricultural Policy in the EU), as well as real problems and needs for their harmonization.

In addition to our daily work, one of the basic tasks of the Office in the future will be active participation in the development of our country on its European path. Without a developed process of harmonization with European standards, Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot count on accelerated accession to the EU and greater absorption of European funds, and in this process the Office for Harmonization and Coordination of the Payment System plays one of the key roles.

In our work, we are open to any kind of cooperation and exchange of experiences. Therefore, we invite you to write to us and submit specific proposals and ideas. We will gladly consider your suggestions and improve and advance our work.
